Quality policy

The prinicipal value is the satisfaction of our customers: airlines and their passengers.

To ensure this, in January 2000, the company has implemented Quality Management System, obtained a certificate for its compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001, awarded by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Ltd. In 2018, this certificate has been replaced by new one, compliant with ISO 9001:2015. In accordance with the adopted and implemented by WRO-LOT quality policy, company's mission is to make every effort to provide services at a level comparable with other companies recognized in the world as well as the constant improvement of the quality of all its services to better meet the needs of customers.

Aviation is one of the cornerstones of today's economy and society, because it is a process by which people in conditions of limited resources can make the movement of people, things in order to satisfy their diverse needs and desires. That is why our employees provide a fully professional, fast and personalized passenger service. This is possible thanks to the training of and the implemented quality management system. This system is a comprehensive and includes both services to passengers, their baggage and aircraft handling. Execution of these standards is continuously monitored. Dedicated auditors perform measurement and control of knowledge of procedures and present a monthly results. The conclusions are discussed on the Review of Management and then introduced the necessary changes.
