Lost luggage
In case of lost or damaged baggage a passenger is directed to the Baggage Claims in order to receive “Property Irregularity Report” and put all the data into the WorldTracer – baggage tracing system. From that moment the baggage is being traced on. Thanks to the efforts of a highly qualified staff the awaiting time is shortened to the minimum.
