• Check-in procedures
  • On entering the Wroclaw Airport Terminal passengers are invited to the check-in with the help of regular announcements made by Public Address System. Passengers showing up at the check-in counters should already have tickets, electronic ticket confirmation print-out and proper travel documents. Check-in counters are usually opened 1.5hour-2hours before the scheduled departure time according to the specific airline rules. Baggage accepted must be properly packed and tagged for identification (ex:name address, telephone numbers). Passengers should be familiarized with the baggage weight limits specified by you air carrier. In case of baggage excess you will be required to pay for the difference. Passengers are allowed to carry onto the aircraft one piece of luggage, that is limited by your airline policy on weight and size.
• Security and document control
  • After check-in at the airline counter, the next step will be to head through the security screening process. Prior to entering the security screening process please check the list of prohibited items not permitted in carry-on baggage on-board aircraft. The next step is document control desk. Passenger is required to show boarding pass and all necessary travelling documents (eg. national ID or passport, visa etc.).
• Gate-Aircraft path
  • All passengers leave the departures hall through the doors called Gate.It permits check-in agents to check travel documents and count passengers.Gate is the final step at the departure terminal.

• Arrival

  • After aircraft arrival at the terminal, disembarking passengers are directed to the arrival Hall,where passengers can pick-up baggage from the convenient conveyor.In case of missing or lost luggage passengers are directed to the Lost Luggage office situated near the information desk in the main concourse.
