- In order to fulfil their expectations in January 2000 the Company obtained from Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Ltd. certificate of conformity with requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, amended in 2002 to the version 9001:2000. Accordig to accepted and implemented by WRO-LOT Quality Policy our mission is to do its best to provide with services with quality level comparable to other well established ground handling companies, and also declares constant improvement of quality all of its services in order to better fulfil its customers needs.
- Implemented Quality Management System comprises both passenger handling and ramp handling.
